Delete your data
You can remove your data from Inflo yourself. Here is exactly what each option does.
Disconnect a social account
Removes our access to your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account. We delete the stored access tokens immediately and stop collecting any further data from that platform. Metric snapshots we already collected remain on your profile as your performance history; delete your account if you want those removed too.
Go to Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect.
Delete your account
Permanently removes your profile, connected accounts, access tokens, metric snapshots, messages and portfolio. This cannot be undone.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm with your password.
Two things survive deletion, and we want to be straight about why. First, records of completed financial transactions — amounts, dates and status — which Maltese accounting and tax law requires us to keep for ten years. Second, collaborations you completed remain on the other party’s history, with your personal details removed and your name replaced by a deleted-user placeholder, because the other party’s own verified track record would otherwise be falsified by your departure.
Everything else is erased within 30 days, including from our backups as they rotate out.
Export your data
Get a machine-readable copy of everything we hold about you, under your GDPR right to data portability. Go to Settings → Privacy → Export my data. We prepare the file and email you a download link.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@inflo.mt from the address on your account and we will handle the request manually. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting, and we respond within one month as the GDPR requires.
Revoking access from the platform’s side
You can also revoke Inflo’s access from within Instagram, Facebook or TikTok directly, under the apps and websites section of your platform settings. Doing so stops our access immediately. We delete stored tokens when Meta notifies us, and otherwise on the next sync.
